Pet Regulations: Pets Allowed
Details: Park Towne Place is a pet-friendly community. We welcome cats only - up to 2 per home. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250. There is an additional monthly rent of $10 per pet. Please note that we cannot accept dogs at this time.
